About ISPN
The Institute of Strategic Public Negotiation (ISPN) is a Professional Body and a not-for-profit Membership, Training, Consulting and Research Institution focused on strategic negotiations, mediation and conciliation; established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990, approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigerian Institute of Advance Legal Studies (because of its Quasi Judicial nature) and guaranteed by the Federal Ministry of Justice.
The institute has a Governing Council which determines and provides programmes and effective guidelines for the institute, to bring about quality administration for the overall objectives of the institute.
We at the Institute of Strategic Public Negotiation ISPN believe that the best things in life lie on the other side of difficult conversations. Developing these critical skills will help you to get what you deserve without jeopardizing relationships and have an edge at the table of negotiation.
Our courses/modules are designed to give you the confidence you need to overcome the fear, frustration, and anxiety associated with difficult conversations. You’ll learn how to communicate confidently, deal with difficult people, and get the most out of any deal.
