We are a Professional Body and a not-for-profit Membership, Training, Consulting and Research Institution focused on strategic negotiations, mediation and conciliation; established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990, approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigerian Institute of Advance Legal Studies (because of its Quasi Judicial nature) and guaranteed by the Federal Ministry of Justice.
The institute has a Governing Council which determines and provides programmes and effective guidelines for the institute, to bring about quality administration for the overall objectives of the institute.

Membership is open to all corporate bodies and government establishments. The corporate establishment should have in their employment at least not less than (5) employees to be considered.
